From relaxed social runs to more challenging races, our events are open to all runners.

And whatever your pace or background, you’ll be made to feel welcome.

SATURDAYS AT 11AM, CAMDEN

We organise weekly 5km runs in Regent’s Park & Camden. These are relaxed, beginner-friendly and finish with coffee. You can expect a conversational pace, usually around 6:45-7:00min/km. It’s free to join.

Next dates are Saturdays 30 May + 13 June.

The Spiral is a 6-hour endurance track race designed to challenge your mind as much as your legs. It’s a raw test of how far you can go. No distraction, no finish line… Will you spiral?

Final spots available.

NEAR LONDON

It’s trail running, but there’s a catch. Not everyone will make it to the end. In fact, maybe no one will. And speed guarantees nothing.
More endurance experiment than race…

GENERAL FAQs

  • Whether you’re joining a social run, track session or race, you’ll be made to feel welcome. Always!

    If you have any specific concerns or questions about an event, please email us at team@undergroundrunclub.co.uk or reach out via Instagram. We’d love to hear from you.

  • Social runs: No need to be a fast runner. Pace is intended to be conversational. It’s usually around 6:45-7:00min/km and we’re happy to slow down or take a break if needed.

    Track sessions: Again, no need to be a fast runner. Intervals are at your own pace and there’s no pressure on how many reps you do.

    Races: Any cut-off times will be clearly specified in the race description page, allowing you to work out the required pace if applicable.

  • Socials runs, track sessions & workshops: Comfortable, weather appropriate attire and water (optional). Bag drop is generally available.

    Races: Depending on the type of race and time of year, specific items will be listed in the race description page (e.g. waterproof jacket, reusable cup). We’ll remind you again via email about a month before the race.

  • Socials runs & track sessions are free and everyone’s welcome! You can RSVP via our website, Instagram, or simply show up.

    Races are on a first-come first serve basis and sell out quickly. A minimum age of 20 applies to comply with ARC/UK Athletics rules.
